Are you allowed to wear armbands or wristbands at a track meet?
I usually wear athletic bands when I run, but this is my first track meet and I'm not sure if they are allowed. Should I wear them or will I get disqualified?
In iowa, you can be DQ'ed if you wear jewelry. it depends what the state rules are. You should be able to ask the starter if you can or not, and they might also warn you. I know you can wear watches though.
